Railway tracks
The total length of the railway tracks is more than 13 km, of which 6 km are already in operation, and another 7 km are being designed for further expansion. This allows us to efficiently handle shipments and ensure their fast delivery.
Cross-docking area and bulk cargo transshipment
On the territory of the Zhetygen TLC there are specialized areas for cross-docking, a terminal for transshipment of bulk cargoes with a capacity of more than 500,000 tons per year and ramps for loading and unloading wheeled vehicles
Warehouse infrastructure
We have a temporary storage warehouse (TSW) with an area of 44,000 m2 and a customs warehouse of 6,600 m2 with direct connection to the station tracks. The appearance of a warehouse complex at the Zhetygen TLC will provide additional opportunities for customers: we will be able to implement storage, sorting, picking and labeling. The warehouse complex will have the additional advantage of being able to receive cargo by rail in containers and universal rolling stock.
Industrial zone
We have allocated 10 ha of land for export-oriented industrial projects with the access to infrastructure. It is possible to place facilities to produce compound feeds, processing of agricultural products (vegetables, oilseeds, corn, etc.), as well as the production and calibration of mineral fertilizers

Stages of development
1st stage – Container Terminal (2023):
Reception and formation of container trains. Terminal processing. Loading and unloading, cross-docking. Storage of loaded and empty containers. Customs clearance of goods.
Stage 2 – Cargo Village / Dry Port (2023-2024):
Mixed technology: reach stacker + gantry crane (RKZT). Storage and connection of refrigerated containers. Development: 42 hectares.
Stage 3 – Industrial Zone (2025-2027):
A full-fledged universal terminal with industrial facilities. Production of compound feeds, oil mills, factories for export-oriented products. Development: 52 hectares.
Stage 4 – Sorting Station (2025-2027):
Creation of a TLC on 200 hectares, including bonded warehouses. Technopark and special economic zone. Industrial village. Future Technologies: Two-tier Container Transportation
